This is now our familys favorite condo and beach stay! The Princess Condo property was clean and parking was always easy! Condo 1604 was very spacious for our family of 11. The beds were comfortable, the laundry room spacious and great for storing the extra beach stuff. The balcony had amazing views and was roomy enough to allow us to read, rest, and play games. The elevators were extremely quick in service and always clean. The 3 pools provided fun away from the beach and night swims were great! At night it was so quiet that one would think they were in their own home. We all felt very safe at the property as well. This was a very amazing, comfortable, and relaxing vacation thanks to the Princess Condos. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Our stay at Princess 301 was perfect. The unit was clean and the view was amazing. Communication was excellent! Will stay again.

The condo itself was wonderful. Very well laid out. It is well kept and so clean when we arrived. VIP Resort Properties was very easy to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The balcony was large and have comfortable seating. The beds were all comfortable and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. The complex was also very nice and well kept. Despite being there over a holiday weekend, we never had a long wait for an elevator. I would definitely stay at this unit again and would highly recommend renting through VIP Resort Properties.

A great and quiet place

The unit has a great location and the view is amazing. 3 rooms and 3 restroom a win win for our family. Great size for every single room. All clean when we arrived. The communication with Jen the manager, was great, very responsive. This unit has direct access to the beach and 3 pools!!! (One indoor) another win win! We will come back for sure

The unit was exactly as described. The views were amazing. The host was quick to answer when we had a small issue. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The condo was clean and spacious. The gym equipment was older but still in decent condition. Definitely suggest keyless entry into condo, otherwise, no complaints!

This was our fourth stay at PCB and we went with Princess Condos (VIP) this stay. The room was one of the nicest weve stayed in. It was clean and had just about everything we needed. Communication with the managers was great and we had everything we needed before arrival. Getting a text that we could check into our room before was also a major plus! We would gladly stay here again.

This is a great place and experience for our whole family. Perfect location for us right on the best beach in Florida! Condo was clean, well maintained and very comfortable for all seven of us. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property managers communicated well and were great to work with. The condo was nice and clean. No long elevator waits and all elevators were working. The condo came with a beach chair rental which we appreciated. The beach was nice and we appreciate that it was marked off for the Princess guests only. It kept it quiet and not busy which was so nice! The enitre property was quiet, nice, and clean. We had a great week :)

The condo was in a good location, and close to a lot of attractions. It was really clean , and everything was in good condition. The only complaint I have are the beds are really firm. Not a deal breaker, but just an FYI. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Everything about this listing was 100% correct! The unit was beautiful, super clean and had everything you could possibly need for a week in PCB. We have zero complaints. The property was beautiful and well maintained and our property managers were absolutely wonderful. Make sure to check your VIP envelope upon arrival so you dont miss your free tickets for the Sea Screamer! Our family had a blast!

We couldnt have been happier with the check in process and communication with owners. The condo was as pictured with lots of space and on a part of the beach that wasnt crowded at all. The ice maker at the wet bar and extra small refrigerator were very to have. We would definitely play a return stay here.

The condo is very spacious and the view on the balcony, is just breathtaking. My family and I enjoyed every second of it, wish we couldve stayed longer.

This was our second trip to PCB. This was a very nice unit for a group our size. Had everything we needed to cook and clean up after ourselves. My family of 10 consisted of ages ranged from 1-74. We felt safe enough to allow our 16 year old to take her younger siblings to the beach alone the entire time we were there. Loved the fact that you can see the 2 beach chairs, that are provided, right from the balcony! We were able to keep an eye on the kids while they played in the sand or splashed in the water. My mother didnt even complain or fuss about the kids going out on their own in the gated community! Wonderful views of the beach and wildlife! Only thing Id warn against is the hot water.... it is HOT! Not complaining at all...I love very hot water. But Id monitor younger kids while using it.

Check in process was communicated thoroughly. The pictures represent the unit accurately with plenty of room for the 4 adults and 6 children. The beach is ideal and perfect for families with a wide age of children. The beach chairs are nice and located in a comfortable and quiet location on the beach, generally away from college spring breakers.

We had a great experience. Family members have traveled to the PCB area for 20+ years and are now going back with the next generation. Princess condos have been a choice for many years after trying various locations due to being on the quiet end of the beach away from all of the traffic. A big seller for everyone is the indoor and outdoor pools being heated as this time of year is always questionable for weather. We struggled on this trip with the outdoor pools being unbearably cold for half the trip. This is an issue with the overall Princess property, but one that needs to be addressed by the condo owner as it was a main factor in us selecting this site and would prevent us from returning if not fixed. Things directly within the control of the owner and management property were great. Communication was clear, access was granted easily (even available early although we werent in town early), and the information was readily available for codes and contact info. One thing that I have encountered at other properties but havent seen called out here in reviews is that this unit is on the 14th floor of the 17 floor property. We never had any issues with elevators going up or down. There are 3 and they are quick. That was amazing for us in coming and going as well as having family staying on the 9th floor where we wanted to go between the units. No Vegas or Disney property style where you may end up waiting forever or its too full when it arrives!

It was my spouse, myself, my daughter and grandchildren. We had a wonderful time at Panama City Beach and had a wonderful stay at the princess. We have stayed at the Princessa many times in the past and have always enjoyed our stay there.

It was a wonderful condo! Spacious, clean, and has beautiful views of the beach! It was very quiet and peaceful. We had two people in our party that had a hard time with mobility, and they had very little trouble navigating the campus! All of the rooms are close to the elevators, there is a ramp that leads to the beach, and the pools are easy to enter and leave. The condo is adequately stocked with everything and anything you need. One of our favorite condos in PCB! If theyll have us, we will definitely be back!
