Nice large bedrooms and living areas. Property is ideal beachfront with amenities for kids. Would highly recommend for a stay in PCB! Fantastic balcony!

We stayed 4 nights in this unit . Extremely clean and comfortable. 3rd floor unit just high enough to be private but still close enough to enjoy the sounds of the water hitting the beach. We loved that it had 2 King beds. The VIP staff were friendly and have us personal cell phone numbers in case we needed anything. We will be staying here again. Thanks for a great time at the beach

This condo has an amazing view. Loved that there were two heated pools in the exterior and one inside. Great near by restaurants. It is very spacious it fits 10 people perfectly. Everyone got a good night rest. I also felt safe as it is a gated community. We will for sure be returning.

This condo was a wonderful experience for our family. From the indoor pool, outdoor pool, the view, quick few steps to the beach, check in and out process, everything was amazing and well explained! This was the perfect place for us! It was right on the beach and the views from the balcony were great. There were four couples and each having our own bathroom was a great feature and the rooms were nice and private. There were plenty of dishes/cookware in the kitchen and the living area was great for sitting around, relaxing and gabbing. It was SO convenient to get to the beach and we could come and go as we pleased. We liked the security of the gated entrance and coded elevators. It was nice being right across from elevators, too. We also got to use the tennis court for pickleball and really enjoyed that. We also loved having an ice maker. It was one of our best vacations and we will definitely try to go back!

The owner/managers were wonderful. Location was in a nice private area, quiet beach. Very secure! The layout of condo was perfect. 4 bedrooms and everyone had their own bathroom. Large kitchen/dining area and the balcony was huge! Gorgeous view! We will definitely be back!

Great get-away with children and grandparents. We have a child in a wheelchair and the space was perfect and accommodating for his needs as well as everyone elses.

You will not be disappointed. The condo was clean and very spacious. The staff are amazing and very friendly! We will be back!

Overall, a 5 star experience. It started with the communication from Donna and Jennifer before we even arrived at the condo. This was our first time using Airbnb so we were unsure of how everything worked. Donna and Jennifer made sure those fears were removed. The ease of check-in was awesome. The check-out process is also super easy. As for the condo itself, it was beautiful. The view from the balcony is stunning and the rest of the condo is nice as well. We really liked the fully stocked kitchen and it allowed us to save money by preparing breakfast and lunch in the condo instead of eating out. We also loved the convenience of having a full bathroom attached to each bedroom. Overall, the was definitely a 5 star experience from start to finish and we cannot wait to come back!

Me and my family rented this condo for Thanksgiving weekend and the stay wonderful. Highly recommended if you doing a large family vacation.

The condo was just as advertised, plus more. The kitchen was fully stocked, all the rooms were large with plenty of space for 8 when our kids joined us for Thanksgiving. Donna and Jennifer were a delight to work with. We will stay there again!!

Rarely is a listing exactly as described but this one is. The layout of this unit is perfect. And when we needed to communicate (couldnt find a light switch etc) response was immediate. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Common areas were clean. My only complaint is that there was never enough hot water. Even if I was the first one to try an attempt a bath the hot water ran out before the tub had a couple inches. I was excited the listing had this huge tub but we couldnt use it. A quick shower is all that there was enough hot water for. Im mot sure if its a rule for the units but for the size of groups the small hot water heater seems mismatched. Enough about that. The view is great!! We watched lots of oven life from the balcony. And this location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. I would rebook without hesitation. We go the beach every Thanksgiving as a group, us and our college age /young married children, and this was our favorite so far.

This condo was way beyond our expectation. Check in was easy with no hassle, clean and warm vibe inside, and gorgeous gulf view. Well equipped kitchen and amenities were very handy. Five stars!

From the time of booking to leaving for the last time this property was perfect! Lots of small thoughtful extras add up to make it perfect. We had 8 Adults and 3 kids with plenty of room. The unit was clean, spacious, well stocked with anything you might need including an extra ice maker. Washer/dryer, beach toys and chairs. Beautiful spacious balcony. Check-in process was a breeze as well as checkout. Owner and manager super easy to work with. My only regret is that couldnt stay longer.

Clean clean CLEAN! Great sunsets, comfy beds and couches and the heated outdoor pools were a great place to swim when the ocean was a bit chilly. Would definitely stay there again. Big shout out to Donna and Jen for stellar hospitality and customer service!

The condo is beautiful! It was clean and spacious. Communication with the property owners was wonderful. We go to the beach every year and this is in the top 3 of places weve stayed. The view is gorgeous! Overall it was a great experience from booking to leaving.
