Huge condo! Great for big family! We stayed in July 2018 and had a great time. The ocean was beautiful that week! Pros- Donna and Jen were very responsive and easy to reach, loved the code entry for elevators and to/from beach for safety, elevators were so fast, we never waited, loved the heated pool on a cloudy day, all 3 bathrooms are huge making quick clean ups easy, plenty of carts to help transport items upstairs, great beach access and the included beach chairs with umbrella! Cons- no beach towels, fire alarm pulled at 1am requiring 14 flights of stairs down with babies, 2 pools closed one whole day for a gross reason, several outlets dont work in the room with two double beds. I realize several of these are by NO means the unit issues but it was our experience. We would definitely stay here again. Overall we still say it was great. Super clean and very safe. We even saw a manatee, several rays and witnessed a sea turtle come to the beach and make a nest! (It got roped off the next day for protection but how neat?!)

The Perfect Condo! The condo was absolutely perfect! All of the rooms provided the space we needed and no one felt cheated on the bathrooms! The views were spectacular from the master suite and the main living area. The large balcony was a great place for the kids and adults to hang out. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious and Extremely clean upon arrival. Great place to stay. Spacious and clean. Never waited more than a minute for the elevators. There are few condos for this size of complex, which made it great. Never had to deal with an over abundance of people trying to find a spot on the beach. Will stay here again!

Perfect for a Family or anyone - Best rental ever This rental offered it all, beautiful, spacious rental property that that fit my family of 12 without question. Kids came from all over the world to see the white sands, clear blue water, and perfect weather. We ate in the condo daily but everyone had their space, private get away areas. Four bedrooms (all large) with clean, comfortable beds and very little noise offered up relaxation galore. All amenities were in perfect shape, the condo lacked nothing. One minor issue/ question was addressed immediately by owner so we did not miss a minute of family beach time. Well worth the money , would go back again someday without hesitation. Dont miss out on this one, book now.

AMAZING! Perfect vacation getaway!!!!! This condo, the owners, the property, and the beach earn an 11 stars out of 10! Booking was extremely easy. Donna and Jennifer responded very quickly and answered all my dumb questions. No request was deemed as a problem. You are treated like a VIP! The condo was spotless and soooooo roomy. I didnt hate leaving the beach because I could sit on the huge balcony and watch the waves. If I was tired, I could lay on the king size bed and watch the waves roll in!! We will definitely be back to stay!

Gorgeous Condo~Clean~YOU WANT TO STAY HERE From the moment you walk in- you are in paradise. It doesnt hurt that its on the beautiful PCB Beach- but this condo is so beautifully decorated. We actually did some family portraits in the condo instead of the beach. The owners are super sweet. This condo has everything you could want. And its CLEAN. Dont hesitate to book it!

A Very Happy Family Stay This was a wonderful place to stay. The owners were great made the stay great. There were 7 of us and had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and roomy. Very close to all the attractions but far enough away for a peaceful stay. Not in all the downtown traffic problems. Our family will be staying again on our next visit.

Loved the property. The condo unit was very clean. We loved the stay at Princess Unit 903. The owner was very helpful and solved any problem we had. I will definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect. The place was neat and clean. It had everything we needed. Everything was neat and tidy. The management called to give directions about how to get in, what was provided, & what was required. All the information we needed was either emailed or left for us on the counter or spoken about directly over the phone.It was a very enjoyable stay and we would recommend it to others.

Great condo at the Princess We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo was very roomy and had everything you could want or need. It was beautifully decorated and had a large balcony with plenty of chairs for everyone.

Very peaceful and beautiful My family and I recently stayed at the princess in beautiful panama and it was absolutely gorgeous. Very clean condo. Love the fact that this is a gated property. We felt safe and didnt have to worry about my two small children being around disrespectful people. Will definantly return to this condo in the future

Huge condo!!! Perfect for our family of 9 with 7 adults, two kids! The condo was very spacious! Every room and bathroom was large enough to not feel cramped, even with 7 adults and 2 kids! The condo was also very clean and the kitchen well stocked. There were even games and a library of books and magazines throughout the condo for rainy afternoons. The staff was also very accommodating. We had a slight maintence issue during our stay, and they personally came to resolve to issue in under 30 minutes. The beach was fantastic, very clear water, clean sand, and plenty of dolphin, manta rays, and other sea life to observe! Plus, the rental comes with two beach chairs with an umbrella for the week! We also enjoyed the heated indoor pool when it happened to storm. The decor in the condo could be updated a bit, but as far as the stay, no complaints here, we had an excellent time and excellent service!

Condo was great. The condo was stocked with all youd need in a kitchen. It was very clean. Having the chairs and umbrellas was a bonus that you usually dont get. I would stay here again, most definitely.

Great week stay at the Princess My family and some friends came down for a week in June and had a great time. The condo was spacious and was clean when we got there. The owner and the manager were available for any issues that we had. There were some very minor things but nothing I bothered them about. We stayed in the trundle bed room and never turned the tv on the whole time we were there. The boys stayed in the 3rd bedroom across the hall from us and our friends stayed in the master. We would definitely stay here again. Over the past 5 years we have stayed in condos and houses up and down the beach. I liked the June crowds as it didnt seem to be as swamped as it is in July. Our son is out of school so we may start a September trip also. The only downfall that I found with the whole property is the swimming pools and hot tub. There are 2 outdoor pools, and if I remember correctly, one went up to 5 foot deep and the other was 4.5 feet deep. They were both great for the younger kids which we dont have. The indoor pool was good when it was raining as the water was warm. It was only 5 foot deep also. They only have one hot tub and it was mostly full. We were able to get in it a lot but a couple of times we ended up having to get in the indoor pool instead. The property is secure with coded access to even get on the elevator which we liked. There was never really a wait for the elevators and most of the time we were on them by ourselves. The condo is too big for us by ourselves but we will stay again if coming with friends. The only other negative I could find is that the wooden beach chairs are pretty far from the water. The beach is very wide at this section and the chairs would have been better about 10-12 feet closer to the water. I dont know that this is anything really negative on the condo though as they may have no control over that. What little staff we interacted with were very pleasant and the owners we met were the same. Overall it was a great trip and cant wait to go back again.

Loved the condo and loved the private beach. It was never crowded! Would definitely consider coming back to the Princess. The only downfall was the poor WiFi but fortunately, I was there for vacation and it wasnt a necessity.

Just the right size for our family of 3 My husband, 7 year old daughter and I stayed here for our vacation this year and it was such a comfortable place to be. This condo is right on the beach and is not crowded at all like other areas of the beach. We are glad that we found Nautical Watch B-7 and will definitely consider it for future vacations.

Delightful!! Princess 301 was spacious, bright and happy with a perfect view of the beach- and the sound of the waves! Everything about this experience was easy and comfortable. Besides the awesome BEACH with chairs and umbrella- one can find sun or shade at one of the two outdoor pools- & one has a covered grill area. We also discovered a large reading/game room with a library and a smaller room with pool table and arcade games. Thanks to Jen & Donna for making ours a restful break!
