The whole process was seamless. . .from booking to checking out. Jennifer and Donna we fabulous. The condo was larger than I had expected and cleaner than any other I have stayed in! Its true about the elevators, too. Absolutely no wait time. The beach wasnt overcrowded either. Our family had a wonderful time, and I would recommend this property to anyone interested in the perfect place for a safe, refreshing vacation.

Our stay in this unit was nothing but perfect! The view is spectacular. Everything was very clean and organized as well. The pictures dont do it justice; the unit is so spacious. We would love to visit again.

A lot of space, great view, management done awesome at the communication. Me & my family had the best week at the Princess condominiums, we cant wait to come back next year!

This place was great for us! There were 4 adults and 5 kids and it suited everyone. When we had a small issue Donna was immediately helpful to fix it. We would definitely recommend this property!

We had the best time. This condo was great for our family as we had 6 adults and 3 children, room for everyone. They could use another dresser in bedroom in right for storage.

Very nice 3rd floor condo...great view from the balcony and steps away from the beach! VIP property management was great to work with. Loved that the chairs were included so we could spend time everyday on the sugar sand of the Beach! Had a great time!

The condo was beautiful and very spacious! It had everything we needed and we would definitely love to rent this condo again!! There was a large deck with a amazing view! No wait for elevator which has been a problem for us when staying in larger facility!! Loved the Princess!!!

We had a great experience staying at the princess with VIP. Jen and Donna were very nice and accommodating. They were quick to respond to any of our concerns. The condo was very large and more than suited our needs with many amenities. Very easy access to the beach with a beautiful ocean view from our balcony! Will definitely stay again when in Panama City!

We have visited PCB a few times and have always stayed at the Majestic. This place is so much nicer!! The condo was huge and very clean! We loved that it was in a quieter area on the beach with less people and traffic. Jen was awesome and very informative. The 2 free beach chairs for the week were awesome! We also took advantage of the 2 free games of mini golf and the free large pizza and 2 liter from Dominos coupons. The only thing that I would suggest is fluffier pillows for the beds, but that is a personal preference. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and we will definitely stay again in the future!

The condo was very clean! We have/had just a couple of things to mention. We didnt like having to do bath towels/laundry every day. Not doing laundry is one reason one likes to go on vacation. The other complaint was that the water did not drain fast enough in one of the showers. Now in all honesty we did not call maintenance to come fix it because we just used one of the other showers we had. Im not sure how that might have been handled but I do not lay the blame entirely on them. Not so sure we cared for the pools being on each side of the condo either. The condo itself is so tall that it kept the one pool in the shade and even though there were two pools they were small. We would probably not stay here again, but that is just us. If this is a review to be seen by the public dont let what we wrote keep you from staying here it was really very nice and clean

Everything from booking to check out was on point! Explicit instructions were given, which was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay there again and may be our go to from now on! Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay! 2 adults and 4 young adult/teen children. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space, clean and safe. Location is right on the beach on the "quite" side of town. Traffic is not horrible and the beach is not crowded. Communication with Jen and Donna was top notch! We will definitely be revisiting this property in the future!

This condo has a lot of room. We easily had 5 adults and 4 kids, the four bedrooms are great, 4 bathrooms too. The main living area was large enough for movies and poker night. The balcony view is wonderful, we even saw fireworks on our last night. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the everything you need to cook was in the condo. We enjoyed being right across from the elevator too. If we return to Panama City in the future, we would love to stay here again!

We stayed here in August of 2018 and were so anxious to come back. It was just as great as our first time! We love being right on the beach! Great communication with Jennifer and Donna. Definitely recommend 301 for families looking for a great beach vacation!

Excellent stay. Very spacious. Donna was great to work with and highly recommend. We will definitely be back. Only recommendation is to switch to digital lock and some plugs dont work on top but will not keep from staying here again.

The communication and details from The owners was perfect. Even had a VIP book in the condo with all recommendations on places to eat.

Condo was nicely stocked with all utensils, pans, and electrical appliances that are needed. Master bed was extremely comfortable as well as living room couch and chairs. There are 3 small pools and a hot tub. My grandkids enjoyed them immensely (fairly sure that they were heated). Balcony is large and you can hear the waves easily.

Overall every aspect of this property was amazing !

Had tropical storm the day of arrival. Thank goodness for the indoor pool. It allowed our 5 grandkids to have some fun and physical exercise.

Perfect location for our family trip. Second floor location made back and forth from the beach a breeze. Excellent care taken by the owners/management; very responsive.
