If I have questions during my stay, who I can call?
Should you have any questions, you may call the office toll free at 1-844-832-2419 or at 1-850-708-1214, 7 days a week, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. You can also email us at [email protected] with any questions. The Welcome Packet you received on your arrival should have the answers to most of the questions you may have about the rental unit and the property. Please limit any after-hours calls to emergencies only.
How do I make a reservation and pay?
You can make a reservation online 24/7 or contact our office to book direct. You will be required to make a Reservation Hold Payment equal to 20% of the rental rate (exclusive of taxes, fees and deposits) at the time your reservation is approved. If your arrival date is more than 30 days out, you will be required to pay the remaining balance (including the remaining rent, taxes, fees and security deposit) 30 days prior to arrival. You will receive a reminder email prior to the 30 day deadline. You can either contact us to arrange for final payment or our office will contact you on the payment due date to to process final payment. If your arrival is within 30 days of your arrival date, you will be required to make full payment when booking the reservation. Failure to pay in full 30 days before arrival will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your Reservation Hold Deposit.
You will be required to sign a copy of the Rental Agreement upon final payment and prior to arriving. This will be emailed or mailed to you, per your request.
Payments and deposits are payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) cash, cashier's checks and personal checks. Personal checks should be made out to VIP Resort Properties, LLC.
What is the check in/check out policy?
Check in is at 4 p.m. and check out is at 10 a.m. During non-peak seasons, arrangements can be made for early check in or late check out. A $50 fee, plus taxes, will be added to your rent upon approval by the rental office. Early check in can be as early as 8 a.m. and late check out can be as late as 5 p.m. Please contact the office for additional details.
How do I check in?
Prior to your arrival, you will receive pre-arrival instructions on how to access the facility. The instructions will include access codes for the entry gate and elevator. All our condos will have a lockbox on the door. In your pre-arrival package, you will receive a 4 digit access code for the lockbox to your condo. Each lockbox will contain 2 keys for you to use during your stay. Unless prior arrangements are made, you can gain access to your condo at 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival. A welcome package, including parking passes, condo rules and area information will be waiting for you inside the condo. A VIP Beach Rentals' representative will be contacting you the day of your arrival or the next morning to ensure that everything meets with your specifications. Do not hesitate to call or email us with anything we can do to improve your stay.
What do I have to do to check out?
Checking out with VIP Beach Rentals is a snap. When you are ready to check out, just load and start the dishwasher and take out the trash. There are trash chutes conveniently located on each floor. Please notify us on check out by phone or email when you have left so housekeeping can be scheduled. Remember, unless you have made prior arrangements with the office, you must check out by 10 a.m. on your departure day. Please lock the condo door when you leave and put your keys in the lockbox.
How long are the minimum stays?
Depending on the season, minimum vacation rental stays range from 3 to 7 nights. During summer, our vacation rentals usually have a 7 night minimum stay requirement, Saturday to Saturday only. Please speak with your reservation agent for details.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. The remaining portion of your initial payment (Reservation Hold Payment) will be refunded to you by credit card or check, depending on your initial payment method. If your reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, you forfeit your entire Reservation Hold Payment. All other rents and deposits paid by you will be promptly refunded by the rental office.
What is the Resort Fee?
The Resort Fee covers all registration fees, including access codes, parking passes, and pool bands. It also covers all other guest amenities.
What does the Security Deposit cover?
Your security deposit is due upon final rent payment and is refunded within 30 days of check out provided that there has been no damage to the rental condo or its contents, the facilities and grounds, and/or the condo is not excessively dirty thereby requiring extra cleaning procedures. If the damage to the condo, its contents and the facilities and grounds exceeds the amount of your deposit, your credit card on file will be charged for the extra amount and the security deposit is forfeited. If the damage amount is less than the security deposit, you will be refunded the difference.
What amenities are included in the condo?
All our condos have full sized kitchens with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator with ice maker. Each kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses, flatware, pots and pans and cookware. Each unit has a wet bar with ice machine and/or mini refrigerator/beverage cooler. Also, there is a separate laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer, laundry sink and iron with ironing board in each unit. All linens (sheets, blankets and towels) are provided for you. There is a kitchen and bath amenity starter package including one package of dishwasher soap, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag per can and soaps and shampoos for your convenience. No food or drink items are provided. Please be sure and bring your own beach towels, paper products, trash bags, grocery products and other personal items that you'll need to make sure that you have the best possible vacation.
Is WiFi provided?
All our condo rentals come with free wireless internet. You will be provided your condo's wireless password when you check in.
Are pets allowed in any of our properties?
Sorry, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED in our rental properties. You may see some pets on the property during your stay, but these belong to the condo owners who live on the property.
Do you have any condos that allow smoking?
NO SMOKING is allowed inside any condos on the property or in the pool areas. You may smoke on the balcony of your condo or on the property grounds, except for the pool areas. Please respect other guests and dispose of your trash appropriately.
