We couldnt have been happier with the check in process and communication with owners. The condo was as pictured with lots of space and on a part of the beach that wasnt crowded at all. The ice maker at the wet bar and extra small refrigerator were very to have. We would definitely play a return stay here.

The condo is very spacious and the view on the balcony, is just breathtaking. My family and I enjoyed every second of it, wish we couldve stayed longer.

This was our second trip to PCB. This was a very nice unit for a group our size. Had everything we needed to cook and clean up after ourselves. My family of 10 consisted of ages ranged from 1-74. We felt safe enough to allow our 16 year old to take her younger siblings to the beach alone the entire time we were there. Loved the fact that you can see the 2 beach chairs, that are provided, right from the balcony! We were able to keep an eye on the kids while they played in the sand or splashed in the water. My mother didnt even complain or fuss about the kids going out on their own in the gated community! Wonderful views of the beach and wildlife! Only thing Id warn against is the hot water.... it is HOT! Not complaining at all...I love very hot water. But Id monitor younger kids while using it.

Check in process was communicated thoroughly. The pictures represent the unit accurately with plenty of room for the 4 adults and 6 children. The beach is ideal and perfect for families with a wide age of children. The beach chairs are nice and located in a comfortable and quiet location on the beach, generally away from college spring breakers.

We had a great experience. Family members have traveled to the PCB area for 20+ years and are now going back with the next generation. Princess condos have been a choice for many years after trying various locations due to being on the quiet end of the beach away from all of the traffic. A big seller for everyone is the indoor and outdoor pools being heated as this time of year is always questionable for weather. We struggled on this trip with the outdoor pools being unbearably cold for half the trip. This is an issue with the overall Princess property, but one that needs to be addressed by the condo owner as it was a main factor in us selecting this site and would prevent us from returning if not fixed. Things directly within the control of the owner and management property were great. Communication was clear, access was granted easily (even available early although we werent in town early), and the information was readily available for codes and contact info. One thing that I have encountered at other properties but havent seen called out here in reviews is that this unit is on the 14th floor of the 17 floor property. We never had any issues with elevators going up or down. There are 3 and they are quick. That was amazing for us in coming and going as well as having family staying on the 9th floor where we wanted to go between the units. No Vegas or Disney property style where you may end up waiting forever or its too full when it arrives!

It was my spouse, myself, my daughter and grandchildren. We had a wonderful time at Panama City Beach and had a wonderful stay at the princess. We have stayed at the Princessa many times in the past and have always enjoyed our stay there.

It was a wonderful condo! Spacious, clean, and has beautiful views of the beach! It was very quiet and peaceful. We had two people in our party that had a hard time with mobility, and they had very little trouble navigating the campus! All of the rooms are close to the elevators, there is a ramp that leads to the beach, and the pools are easy to enter and leave. The condo is adequately stocked with everything and anything you need. One of our favorite condos in PCB! If theyll have us, we will definitely be back!

Everything was as great as we could have hoped for. Nice, clean, spaciousjust basically check off everything on my must have list. On our last day we were already planning our next trip back!

This was an amazing room! As soon as we walked in the door you could smell the cleanliness. We most definitely will be staying there again! Jen was awesome, and always got right back to us with any questions we had.

We had 5 couples, enough room, the extra bathrooms made a difference. Was just as advertised. The only issue we had was the refrigerator couldnt accommodate all the goodies from 5 families. The freezer would not keep ice cream from being soup and all foods were barely cold. The separate ice maker was a savor as the last day the frig wasnt making any ice. The vacation was great other than the frig. Very quick response from staff after we arrived ..one TV was not working but was addressed and fixed right away. Great place, would go back..

Walking into the door started an amazing stay. From the view walking in to the comforts of home, it was a great stay.

Great property. Spacious, immaculate, wonderful views. Everything you could think off to make your stay enjoyable was provided. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. Property was well maintained. Easy access and luggage carts and shopping carts to help bring up groceries. Best condo Ive stayed in yet and Ive been going to PCB for 10 years.

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for our family of 9. The view from the balcony was awesome. You could hear the waves and we spent many evenings enjoying the sunset. We had already left and my son forgot his favorite blanket. We went back and the cleaning crew was nice enough to let me in to get it. I really appreciated that! We would definitely book this condo again!

Everything was fantastic. Our stay at Princess 802 was great. The condo was very clean and so inviting. Plenty of room for the family and beds were nice and comfy. The staff was great any questions or concerns I had was answered in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company and Princess condos. Thank you for your hospitality.

The hosts are so easy to work with! Very smooth check in and check out process. The Princess has the nicest and cleanest condos that we have stayed in at PCB by far! We love this place and will definitely return!

Loved this condo! Super spacious for 2 families with teens. The condo was well stocked and we did not want for anything. The decor was super cute, check in and out was a breeze. Worst part of the stay was having to leave!! Beautiful beach and we loved having the owners/guest lounge with books and plenty of jigsaw puzzles to work on in the evening. We hope to stay here again! This was our first trip to PCB and VIP made it even more amazing!! The condo was spacious, very clean, and had a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. We loved the huge porch. Jennifer and Donna from VIP Resort Properties were very responsive and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay there and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for our large group of 11. It was our first time in the gulf and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed all of the amenities that the condo had to offer.

This was by far one of the best places Ive ever stayed in PCB. Or anywhere else as far as that goes. Management is the best and made everything so easy. I will most definitely be renting from them again.

The location was better than expected. Not busy traffic was light at this end. Property was top notch. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome location, beautiful beach, perfect weather, no crowds. The condo is well maintained, comfortable and nicely furnished. Our hosts couldnt have been better with communications and furnishing valuable information on local restaurants and attractions. Booking, detailed info and instructions couldnt have been any easier or better. The amenities are outstanding. Clean, heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness facility, etc. All very clean and well maintained. Digital door key and secured gated parking is a big plus. We highly recommend this condo for an awesome beach vacation.
