Both rooms have sliding glass doors that lead right out to the 288 square foot beachfront balcony where beautiful sunsets are plentiful! The large balcony has unobstructed views of the beach and nightly sunsets!  You can almost reach out and touch the sand.  Grab a nice soft blanket and just hang out all evening or go get sandy!

You can also view the sunsets and smell the fresh ocean air from the spacious living room with plenty of seating while watching your favorite show on the large flat screen TV.  And, don't forget about the DVD players in every room for those movies you can't do without.  The adjacent dining room and kitchen are open to the living room.  This is open plan living at it's best.  Any family or friends would fit right in this vacation rental; there's plenty of beds and seating.  The large kitchen is perfect for entertaining and fully stocked with everything you will need to have a great time.  Blenders are included!!  The oversized laundry room has a great laundry sink and a full sized washer and dryer.  This condo has tile throughout and is ready for all those sandy feet and beach toys that are sure to accompany your beach trips!

The 10' by 30' balcony is beachfront and faces almost due south.  It's the perfect place for al fresco dining or to watch for that perfect sunset.
